We are looking for someone willing to oversee and administer the day-to-day activities to keep the office running smoothly. As much as we love our organized mess of a workspace, we need someone who can draw the line, keep things in check and squeeze out the finer details. Think you have what it takes?

The admin associate has a finger dipped into the needs of each team in the office. Alongside handling the average admin work (logistic preparation, info dissemination, internal and external operations management, etc), there’s a constant need to manage office operations with minimal cost (opportunity or otherwise) and maximum output. He/She will collaborate directly with STORM’s People Operations to do this, in addition to taking part of the team’s special projects and tasks.

Requirements:

  • College Graduate, preferably a BS Psychology Major or took up Management course
  • Minimum of two (2) years working experience in required
  • Familiarity on the process of renewing business permits with the Government
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
