We’re looking for street-smart account handler who can deal with problems on the fly and provide excellent customer support to keep our clients happy. In STORM, we put a lot of emphasis in delivering “Hanep!” service; helping our clients with the best kind of efficiency and enthusiasm beyond their expectations. Our customers need to know that we are fully engaged in addressing their concerns, and that we are always thinking of ways to help them in ways more than just reading off a script. In fact, our policy? No scripts!

Our Customer Champs form the backbone of our “Hanep!” service. We need excellent communicators who are empathetic and sincere in service. From account issues, product and system inquiries to delivery schedules – we need people who are skillful in dealing with our clients’ concerns.

On top of that, they need to be fun-loving and optimistic. They shouldn’t be timid to ask for assistance in case problems are out of their realm of expertise. Also, social media savviness is a definite plus!

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy; helpfulness in being able to see themselves in the customer’s shoes
• Ability to get the point across quickly and politely (always politely)
• Ease, patience and optimism in resolving issues
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
