Client Acquisition

  • Sources for leads based on industry analysis
  • Presents STORM portfolio to prospective clients
  • Facilitates exchanges between STORM team and client with respect to the specific product the client is requesting for
  • Attends networking events to generate leads
  • Secures contracts with prospective clients
  • Creates sales strategies to generate lead activity

Client Servicing

  • Acts as point person of client for escalation concerns
  • Ensures client satisfaction by conducting data gathering sessions with specific key stakeholders
  • Secures renewal contract of current clients

CAST Team Management

  • Creates OKR’s of specific CAST Team
  • Coordinates overall work of operations team with requirements of clients
  • Monitors metrics of each group in order to ensure delivery of expected results

Sales Operations

  • Update sales tracking sheet(s),
  • Regularly update B2B, CAST Leads, and own team accordingly on sales metrics
  • Monitors regular billing process to client
