Customer Success Manager

A charismatic salesman who can talk up a storm. This lead is responsible for directing activity that would result in acquiring prospective clients.


  • Increase STORM’s revenue by ensuring that potential customers avail of STORM’s services                   
  • Orchestrate overall work of operations team to match the requirements set with the client for their program
  • Manage his/her own business unit that is composed of an Account Manager(s) and Data Analyst(s)
  • Ensure smooth program implementation to achieve committed results to client


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer
  • Entrepreneurial, can solve problems out of the box, should be flexible with work / role
  • Can build/recruit his/her own team
  • Strong evidence of leading and developing people
  • Must be motivated by growth, development, and making a difference
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Excellent presentation skills, sales insighting, negotiation skills, and sales closing skills
  • Experience in Account Management and People Management
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
