We’re looking for someone who can be all around when it comes to all things related to STORM’s day-to-day people operations. Our team is tasked to ensure that we not only attract smart-creatives through our recruitment strategies, but to also retain them through benefits and compensation management, among other things.

Apart from HR hygiene tasks however, the People Operations Officer is also the main culture builder of STORM. This means s/he will be helping to ensure and maintain a healthy working environment within and between the teams. As such, we want someone who is naturally emphatic, generally happy, very approachable, and be able to sell the firm well.

Requirements:

  • Two to three (2-3) years work experience as HR Generalist
  • Very charismatic
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Highly communicative and collaborative
  • Very analytical
  • Strong planning and presentation skills
  • Keen to problem solving
