People Operations Officer

Our dreams are lofty and we are looking for people to help us get there. This means that the People Operations team is tasked to ensure that we attract and retain those great people through recruitment and benefits and compensation management, among other things.

Apart from HR hygiene tasks, the People Operations Officer is also the main culture builder of STORM; helping to ensure and maintain a healthy working environment within and between the teams. As such, this person should be naturally emphatic, generally happy, very approachable, and be able to sell the firm well.


  • 2-3 years work experience as HR Generalist
  • Charismatic
  • Good public speaker
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
