Rebisco empowers employees with STORM Flex

Leading snack food manufacturer Republic Biscuit Corporation (Rebisco) has partnered with STORM Technologies to provide an innovative benefits solution for its employees.

The partnership enables employees from Rebisco’s sites in Novaliches, Caloocan and Pasig to convert their unused benefits into flex points through STORM’s platform. They can then use these points to purchase items of their choice in an exclusive online marketplace. Through this program, they can better maximize and enjoy their benefits–leading to increased engagement and satisfaction across the organization.
