In charge of increasing Sales contribution of categories, widening/deepening assortment, & negotiating for the best margins and fulfilment options


Objectives and Key Results:

1) Develop a healthier pipeline

2) Go after priority brands

3) Focus on on-boarding merchants faster

4) Negotiate for best margins, fulfilment options

5) Increase Sales Contribution of each category


Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Leads Generation

2) Pitching

3) Process accreditation

4) Process Merchant Contract

5) Develop strategies/acquisition road map


  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Highly energetic and positive¬†
  • Go-getter, dynamic, and flexible
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated, work independent and quickly operational
  • Experience in Business Development, Merchant Relations, or Merchandising is a plus
  • E-commerce background is a plus
