Category Account Manager

We need someone organized to handle accounts for our own online marketplace.

In-charge of giving the training for merchant portal, managing inventory & MIS, resolving merchant concerns, spearheading internal projects, and analysing Category performance

Objectives and Key Results:

1) Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Customer Champs for faster issue resolution

2) Spearhead internal projects with CAST and Marketing

3) Monitor category sales performance for better decision making

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Daily inventory updates & merchant issues resolution

2) Weekly extraction and analysis of category sales performance

3) Execution of marketing efforts

4) Quarterly business review with top merchants

5) Price analysis

6) Liaison of the team for online & offline projects


  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to dive into data
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated, work independent and quickly operational
  • Experience in Account Management is a plus
  • E-commerce Background is a plus
