Channel Specialist

We need someone who’ll establish ways of working for each channel and, build and maintain networks with marketing suppliers.

Objectives & Key Results

  • Establish Ways of Working for each Channel
    • Build toolkits and checklists for using each channel and optimize as needed.
    • Be the knowledge expert for all features of each channel.
  • Build and maintain networks with Marketing Suppliers
    • Establish directory of suppliers and update every quarter with most competitive rates and best service.
    • Be the point person for any concern related to new and existing channels (email, print, in-office, SMS, activations, website, etc.)
  • Manage Mailing Lists to ensure access to all of captured market
    • Create necessary mailing list segments to drive content relevance and increase campaign engagement.
    • Lead creation and maintenance of Product Mailing List Uploaders in coordination with Product Marketing
  • Monitor channel performance and align strategies and tactics towards achievement of business goals
    • Regular review of metrics dashboards, project assessments to mine insights and actionable items relevant to his/her channels.
    • Cascade best practices from one product or market (client) to another.


  • 0-2 years working experience in Advertising / Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Below-the-Line
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly spreadsheets (XLS) and presentations (PPT)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Proven track record of establishing efficiencies and system improvements
