Marketplace Analyst

In charge of equipping the team with valuable data to measure performance, strategize campaigns and activities, and optimize outputs.

Objectives & Key Results

  • Pull data from disparate systems to create a complete picture of our employees.
    • Regular extraction of sales, traffic, campaign, and other channel data.
    • Creation of scripts, code, or whatever is necessary to extract complete data with the least resources (time, effort, bandwidth)
  • Organize data to make it useful for intended audience
    • Setting up and maintaining dashboards that paint end-to-end customer experience
  • Monitor business performance and align strategies and tactics towards achievement of business goals
    • Regular review of metrics dashboards with Product, Channel Marketing, and Category team to mine insights and actionable items that will drive business improvements
  • Champion Testing and Optimization
    • Recommend campaign or channel variables to be tested


  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Market Research or similar fields
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and/or business intelligence tools
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly spreadsheets (XLS) and presentations (PPT)
  • Degree in Math, Statistics, Communications Research, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to dive into data and translate them into actionable insights
