Vendors Manager for Learning & Development

A self-motivated, highly energetic and quickly operational person who can establish strong partnerships with suitable clients.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently and relentlessly tackle all things related STORM’s vendor partners. This includes identifying, prospecting and providing consultative information regarding technology solutions to potential vendors in learning space, engaging regularly with key vendors to monitor enablement processes, new products and future goals, and guiding our learning vendor partners, practice leaders and consultants through the processes and uses of the STORM Learning Platform.

One thing we specifically need for this role is the ability to communicate and to communicate well. We often collaborate with multiple partner counterparts to create joint partner enablement plans, as well as coordinate with extended team members in vendors, clients, Business Unit and technical groups. And because we’re committed to  hanep service, we make sure that our vendor managers are always ready to respond to concerns from customers when partners fail to deliver to the expectation of customers.


  • BA/BS degree is preferred
  • Able to sell Learning Consultant Offerings to end customers.
  • Acts as a liaison with the technical team for the onboarding of the vendors
  • Experience in a marketplace closing role – with vendors or corporate executives
  • Experience with marketing tech or ad tech a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly energetic and positive 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and organization
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environment
  • Familiar with business level tools like Trello, Basecamp etc.
  • Self-motivated, work independent and quickly operational
