We’re pleased to share that Storm has achieved Lenovo 360 Platinum Tier status for the 2026/27 fiscal year, effective from 1 April 2026.
Platinum Tier represents the highest level within Lenovo’s global partner framework and is awarded to partners who demonstrate consistent performance, strong technical capability, and an ongoing commitment to customer success. As Lenovo continues to evolve its channel programme, Platinum Tier partners sit at the centre of its services‑led, outcome‑focused strategy.
Lenovo has recently evolved the Lenovo 360 framework to simplify partner tiers and place greater emphasis on capability, services, and consistent delivery across its full portfolio. The updated model moves away from fragmented product‑specific tiers, creating a clearer, more transparent structure that rewards partners who invest in skills, accreditations, and customer outcomes.
Storm’s Platinum Tier status reflects this alignment; recognising our ability to design, deliver, and support Lenovo solutions across end‑user computing, infrastructure, and services, rather than focusing solely on transactional supply.
For customers, our Lenovo 360 Platinum Tier status provides reassurance that they are working with a partner that is closely aligned to Lenovo’s highest standards.
It enables:
As Lenovo continues its broader shift towards services‑led growth, Platinum Tier partners are positioned to support customers through increasingly complex workplace, infrastructure, and lifecycle requirements.
As we move into FY26/27, Lenovo will shortly be launching the Lenovo 360 Grow incentive programme, aligned to Platinum Tier partners. This will further support collaborative planning, capability investment, and ongoing improvement across the year ahead.
We look forward to building on this achievement and continuing to support our customers with dependable, future‑ready Lenovo solutions; delivered with the depth of expertise and consistency they expect from Storm.
