Objectives and Key Results:

Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Customer Champs for faster issue resolution
Spearhead internal projects with CAST and Marketing
Monitor category sales performance for better decision making
Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily inventory updates & merchant issues resolution
Weekly extraction and analysis of category sales performance
Execution of marketing efforts
Quarterly business review with top merchants
Price analysis
Liaison of the team for online & offline projects

Open to Fresh Graduates. Maximum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Excel, plus if has experience in SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to dive into data
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Team player who thrives in collaborative environment
Self-motivated, work independent and quickly operational
E-commerce background and/or experience in account management is a plus
